PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door structure that suppresses occurrence of stress concentration on a member made of FRP, on which an up-stop member is mounted, even when a load is input to the up-stop member due to lateral collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle door structure S comprises: a door inner panel 30; a BL inner RF 32 made of fiber-reinforced resin, which forms in an upper part of a side door 10, a closed cross-sectional structure part 35 with the vehicle forward and backward direction as a longitudinal direction, together with the door inner panel 30; and an up-stop member 40 comprising a joined part 50T which is joined to the BL inner RF 32, and a stopper rubber 64 disposed more on the outside in a vehicle width direction from the closed cross-sectional structure part 35. The BL inner RF32 has a communication hole 33 allowing communication between the inside and outside of the closed cross-sectional structure part 35, and into which the up-stop member 40 is inserted. The joined part 50T is joined by a rivet in a state of overlapping with the BL inner RF 32 from inside in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
