PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension cross member structure which is a simple structure utilizing a component assembled to a suspension cross member, and can secure strength complying with endurance strength and safety of a suspension cross member, according to the present invention.SOLUTION: A suspension cross member structure according to the present invention comprises: a suspension cross member 1 having an upper panel 3 and a lower panel 5 joined together; a pair of gear housing fixing seats 3x formed on both vehicle-width-directional sides of the upper panel; a pair of stabilizer fixing seats 3y arranged side by side with the gear housing fixing seats in a vehicle front-rear direction; a fixing member 29 interposed between an upper panel part where the gear housing fixing seats are located and a lower panel part to fix a gear housing part assembled to the gear housing fixing seats; a reinforcement member 35 interposed between the upper panel part where the stabilizer fixing seats are located and the lower panel part to reinforce the stabilizer fixing seats; and a coupling part 43 coupling respective fixing members and respective reinforcement members which are arranged in the vehicle front-rear direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
