PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of unknown time until the regenerative brake operation of a train and the unknown departure time of the train waiting for the regenerative brake operation when the traveling of the train does not follow a standard operation curve.SOLUTION: This operation management device is provided with: a detection unit that detects the arrival of a train at a point on a track; a data storage unit that stores time information from the point on the track to the start of a regenerative brake operation and train diagram data; and an arithmetic unit. The arithmetic unit calculates the start time of the regenerative brake operation corresponding to information about the arrival of the train detected by the detection unit, and outputs delayed departure information generated on the basis of difference time indicating a difference between the start time of the regenerative brake operation and the departure time of the train diagram data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】列車の走行が標準運転曲線に従わない場合には、列車の回生ブレーキ動作までの時間が不明となり、回生ブレーキ動作を待つ列車の発車待ち時間が不明となり列車運行に影響が出る。【解決手段】運行管理装置として、軌道上の地点に列車が到達したことを検知する検知部と、軌道上の地点から回生ブレーキ動作開始までの時間情報と列車ダイヤデータを保持するデータ保持部と、演算部とを備え、演算部は、検知部が検知する列車到達情報に対応する回生ブレーキ動作開始時刻を求め、当該回生ブレーキ動作開始時刻と列車ダイヤデータの出発時刻との差分である差分時間に基づいて作成した延発情報を駅の表示装置に出力する。【選択図】図1
