PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop maintenance device of a vehicle which is suppressed in a starting shock, and can suppress the generation of a creep groan while securing startability favorable in a response, at the starting of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A stop maintenance device of a vehicle comprises: an automatic transmission; an idling stop device; a foot brake device; a DSC device; and an ECU having an Eng control part and a DSC control part which can determine a drive force stabilized period t3. At a restart of an engine, the ECU controls brake fluid pressure so that a later-stage release speed v3 of the brake fluid pressure on and after first intermediate fluid pressure P1a which is set in the vicinity of upper-limit brake fluid pressure FPu in a stick slip generative region A possesses a characteristic which is higher in speed than a release speed v2 of the brake fluid pressure before the first intermediate fluid pressure P1a, and a brake force corresponding to the brake fluid pressure at the later-stage release speed v3 possesses a characteristic at which the brake force is transited to a lower value from a value which is higher than an engine drive force on and after the drive force stabilized period t3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車両の発進時、発進ショックが小さく且つ応答性の良い発進性能を確保しつつ、クリープグローンの発生を抑制することができる車両の停止維持装置を提供する。【解決手段】自動変速機と、アイドルストップ装置と、フットブレーキ装置と、DSC装置と、駆動力安定時期t3を判定可能なEng制御部とDSC制御部とを備えたECUとを有し、ECUが、エンジンの再始動時、ブレーキ液圧を、スティックスリップ発生可能領域Aにおける上限ブレーキ液圧FPu近傍に設定された第1中間液圧P1a以後のブレーキ液圧の後期開放速度v3が第1中間液圧P1a以前のブレーキ液圧の開放速度v2よりも速い特性であって、後期開放速度v3のときのブレーキ液圧に対応した制動力が、駆動力安定時期t3以後においてエンジンの駆動力よりも高い値から低い値に移行する特性になるように制御する。【選択図】図4
