PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cock reposition forgetting prevention jig of which can reduce a cost and a workload of maintenance management.SOLUTION: A cock reposition forgetting prevention jig 10 comprising a body part 20 into which a cock handle 110 of a cock 100 provided halfway a pipeline is inserted, and a locking part 40 which locks the body part 20 on the cock handle 110 achieves prevention of forgetting of cock reposition in such a manner that the body part is locked on the cock handle 110 by the locking part 40. Since the cock reposition forgetting jig 10 can be removed from the cock handle 110 by releasing the locking state of the locking part 40, it is not necessary to individually prepare and locate the cock reposition forgetting prevention jig 10 even if there are many cocks 100, whereby reduction of a cost and reduction of a workload of maintenance management can be realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
