PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branched conjugated diene copolymer that enhances both of abrasion resistance and grip performance to high levels and also exhibits excellent processability, a rubber composition comprising the branched conjugated diene copolymer, and a pneumatic tire made with the rubber composition.SOLUTION: A branched conjugated diene copolymer is obtained by the copolymerization of farnesene of 5 to 45 wt.%, 1,3-butadiene of 30 to less than 70 wt.% and styrene of 25 to less than 60 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
