PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge amount calculation apparatus for calculating a charge amount appropriately when charging after traveling uphill.SOLUTION: A calculation apparatus performs: calculating travel resistance L and acceleration_a on an outward travel on the basis of a vehicular speed V for an actual travel on the outward travel from a start point to a destination (S3); calculating motor power P on the outward travel on the basis of torque Tr and the number of rotations Rev for the actual travel on the outward travel (S4); calculating travel resistance power and travel resistance electric energy WI for the outward travel on the basis of the travel resistance L and the number of rotations Rev, calculating uphill travel power Pu and uphill travel electric energy Wu for the outward travel on the basis of the acceleration_a and the number of rotations Rev, and integrating travel resistance electric energy WI for an uphill travel and integrating uphill travel electric energy Wu therefor, for the outward travel (S5-S8); and calculating downhill regeneration electric power Wd for an inward travel on the basis of the post-integration uphill travel electric energy Wu and travel resistance electric energy WI, and calculating an upper limit charge amount Cul for charging an electric automobile at the destination on the basis of downhill regeneration electric power Wd.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】登坂後の充電時に適切な充電量を算出する充電量算出装置を提供する。【解決手段】出発地から目的地までの往路の実走行による車速Vに基づいて往路での走行抵抗L及び加速度aを求め(S3)、往路の実走行によるトルクTr及び回転数Revに基づいて往路でのモータ電力Pを求め(S4)、走行抵抗L及び回転数Revに基づいて往路での走行抵抗電力及び走行抵抗電力量Wlを求め、モータ電力P、走行抵抗L、加速度a及び回転数Revに基づいて往路での登坂電力Pu及び登坂電力量Wuを求め、往路において、登坂のときの走行抵抗電力量Wlを積算すると共に登坂電力量Wuを積算し(S5〜S8)、積算後の登坂電力量Wu及び走行抵抗電力量Wlに基づいて復路での降坂回生電力量Wdを求め、降坂回生電力量Wdに基づいて目的地で電気自動車に充電する上限充電量Culを求める。【選択図】図2
