PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction indication mechanism that is suppressed in enlargement and prevents occurrence of so called "a phenomenon of reverse lighting."SOLUTION: A bracket 3 is held at a left-turn indication position by engagement of a click piece 4 with a first crest part 91 of a cam member 9. In this state, when a ratchet 8 is turned by a cancel cam 202, the ratchet 8 contacts a first cam surface 94 of the cam member 9 and thereby the first crest part 91 of the cam member 9 displaces so that the holding of the bracket 3 at the left-turn indication position is released. By energizing force of a coil spring energizing the click piece 4 toward a click surface 6 and inclination of a first guide surface 61, the click piece 4 is guided to a neutral holding part 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】方向指示機構の大型化を抑制しつつ、いわゆる逆点灯現象の発生を防止する。【解決手段】ブラケット3は、節度ピース4がカム部材9の第一峰部91と係合することにより左折指示位置に保持される。このときにキャンセルカム202によりラチェット8が回動されると、ラチェット8がカム部材9の第一カム面94に当接することにより、カム部材9の第一峰部91が変位して左折指示位置におけるブラケット3の保持が解除される。節度面6に向かって節度ピース4を付勢しているコイルばねの付勢力と第一ガイド面61の傾斜により、節度ピース4は、中立保持部63へ導かれる。【選択図】図6
