PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, when one linkage logical unit stops, two other linkage logical units to execute control in a sharing manner for an on-site device that has been a control target of the stopped linkage logical unit.SOLUTION: Each linkage logical units mutually transmit/receive control range information indicating the range of devices that belong to on-site devices at own stations and become targets to be controlled through an information transmission line. After the mutual transmission/reception of the control range information, when control range information is no longer received from one of linkage logical units at the other stations, this linkage logical unit is managed as a stopped linkage logical unit. Two or more management linkage logical units that manage stopped one of the plural linkage logical units select a logic for controlling, in a sharing manner, devices belonging to on-site devices at the other stations to which the stopped linkage logical unit belongs in addition to the devices belonging to the on-site devices at the own stations. The devices belonging to the on-site devices at the own stations are controlled on the basis of the selected logic, and the devices belonging to the on-site devices at the other stations to which the stopped linkage logical unit belongs are controlled in a sharing manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】一部の連動論理部が停止した際に、他の2以上の連動論理部が、停止した連動論理部の制御対象であった現場機器に対する制御を分担して実施する。【解決手段】各連動論理部は、自駅の現場機器に属する機器であって制御対象となる機器の範囲を示す制御範囲情報を情報伝送路を介して相互に送受信し、制御範囲情報を相互に送受信した後、他駅の連動論理部のうちいずれかの連動論理部から制御範囲情報を受信できなくなった場合、この連動論理部を停止した連動論理部として管理し、複数の連動論理部のうち停止した連動論理部を管理する2以上の管理用連動論理部は、自駅の現場機器に属する機器の他に、停止した連動論理部が属する他駅の現場機器に属する機器を分担して制御するための論理を選択し、選択した論理を基に自駅の現場機器に属する機器を制御し、停止した連動論理部が属する他駅の現場機器に属する機器を分担して制御する。【選択図】図1
