PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change control device for a hybrid vehicle capable of improving fuel consumption and drivability.SOLUTION: A speed change control device for a hybrid vehicle includes: a vehicle speed detection section 63 for detecting vehicle speed; a charging state detection section 61 for detecting a charging state of a third power storage device 33; and an assist torque control section 71 for gradually limiting assist torque of a motor generator 4 during a gear change on the basis of the vehicle speed and the charging state. The speed change control device for the hybrid vehicle may include: an accelerator opening detection section 62 for detecting an accelerator opening; a charging state detection section 61 for detecting the charging state of the third power storage device 33; and an assist torque control section 71 for gradually limiting assist torque of the motor generator 4 during the gear change of a transmission on the basis of the accelerator opening and the charging state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
