PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a desired angle of field and secure the brightness of an image over the whole angle of field.SOLUTION: A screen (screens 30a to 30c in embodiments 1 to 3) includes a first optical surface which includes a plurality of light condensing surfaces (a microlens surface and a micromirror surface) and a second optical surface on which light through the first optical surface is made incident. The second optical surface includes a plurality of refraction surfaces (prism surfaces) which correspond to the plurality of light condensing surfaces and refract a part (light part) of the light through the corresponding light condensing surface. In this case, the desired angle of field can be secured and the brightness of the image can be secured over the whole angle of field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
