PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress play of a handrail member which is attached to a base material, and to easily remove the handrail from the base material.SOLUTION: When a round pipe 14a of a handrail member is inserted into a round pipe 12a of a base material, and a handle 16a is rotated in a fastening direction, a bolt 16b is screwed to a nut 123b. When the handle 16a is continued to be rotated in the state, a tip of the bolt 16b arrives at the round pipe 14a via a through- hole HL1a, and an outer peripheral face of the round pipe 14a is brought into pressure-contact with an inner peripheral face of the round pipe 12a. When the handle 16a is further rotated, a surface of a tip part of a tong piece 122b comes into contact with a rear surface of a tip part of a skirt 14c by a reaction force of the pressurized contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】基材に取り付けられた手すり部材のがたつきを抑制でき、かつ手すり部材を基材から容易に取り外せること。【解決手段】手すり部材の丸パイプ14aを基材の丸パイプ12aに挿入し、ハンドル16aを締め付け方向に回転させると、ボルト16bはナット123bと螺合する。この状態でハンドル16aを回転し続けると、ボルト16bの先端が貫通孔HL1aを経て丸パイプ14aに到達し、丸パイプ14aの外周面が丸パイプ12aの内周面に圧接される。ハンドル16aをさらに回転させると、圧接の反力により、舌片122bの先端部の表面とスカート14cの先端部の裏面が接触する。【選択図】図6
