PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative brake device for a vehicle, which makes it possible for an electric heater to securely consume surplus electric power during regenerative brake, the electric heater increasing heat output gradually until steady heat output from the start thereof.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning ECU has a pre-operation part in which, if it is determined through information from a navigation device that the vehicle passes through a downhill road requiring the vehicle to brake, a heater is started with electric power other than regenerative electric power before the brake is actually applied, thereby performing pre-heat output of the heater. The pre-operation part is provided by the functions of a step group S90 and a step S45 following the step group. In addition, the air-conditioning ECU has a regenerative operation part that performs heat output of the heater with regenerative surplus power when the brake is applied.     【課題】起動してから定常熱出力に至るまで徐々に熱出力を上昇させる電気ヒータが、回生制動時の余剰電力を確実に消費することが可能な車両用回生制動装置を提供すること。【解決手段】空調用ECUは、ナビゲーション装置からの情報により、車両が制動を要する降坂路を通過すると判断した場合には、制動が実施される前に回生電力以外の電力によりヒータを起動してヒータのプレ熱出力を行なうプレ運転部を有する。プレ運転部は、ステップ群S90及びそれに続くステップS45の機能により提供される。また、空調用ECUは、制動が実施された際に、回生余剰電力によりヒータの熱出力を行なう回生運転部を有する。回生運転部は、ステップS47の機能により提供される。【選択図】図4
