PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an opportunity to recover regenerative power by performing regeneration control widely in various travelling states of an electric auxiliary vehicle.SOLUTION: A regeneration control device of an electric motor comprises: a wheel rotation detecting portion, provided in a vehicle, which detects a rotation amount of a wheel to be driven through a crank which is rotated by man-power; a crank rotation detecting portion which detects a rotation amount of the crank; and a control portion which calculates a first value on the basis of the rotation amount of the wheel, calculates a second value on the basis of the rotation amount of the crank, calculates, on the basis of at least the second value of the first value and the second value, control information for performing regeneration control to a power storage device which is regeneratively charged through the electric motor that supplies driving force to the wheel, and controls a regeneration amount of the electric motor on the basis of the control information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
