PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently realize plan control of a vehicle having a special mode such as an inertia travel mode.SOLUTION: In a vehicular energy management device 100, a reference mode speed plan making part 105 makes a speed plan (a reference mode speed plan) of respective travel sections when assuming that one's own vehicle travels in a reference mode. A synthetic mode speed plan making part 107 makes a speed plan (a synthetic mode speed plan) of respective synthetic travel sections when assuming that the one's own vehicle travels in a special mode in a partial travel section of a synthetic travel section of synthesizing a plurality of continuous travel sections and travels in a reference mode in a residual travel section. A control plan making part 110 makes a control plan with every travel section of vehicle equipment 120 on the basis of a prediction value of energy consumption (reference mode energy consumption) based on the reference mode speed plan and a prediction value of energy consumption (synthetic mode energy consumption) based on the synthetic mode speed plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
