PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a brake function when losing a power supply.SOLUTION: When a battery loses power, an electromagnetic valve 58 closes a bypass channel 5410. When a brake pedal 12 is operated by being stepped on, tensile force generated in a counter-power-loss cable 20 is applied to a tensioning roller 52. A working fluid in a second cylinder chamber 5402B does not flow to a first cylinder chamber 5402A via a bypass channel 5410 so that the tensioning roller 52 does not shift. The tensile force generated in the counter-power-loss cable 20 is not absorbed in a tensile force generation part and is instead transmitted to a drive pulley via a second guide roller 50B and a third guide roller, thus rotating the drive pulley, causing a pair of brake pads to arrest a disk rotor and brake it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】電源失陥時における制動機能を確保する。【解決手段】バッテリの失陥時、電磁弁58はバイパス路5410を閉塞する。ブレーキペダル12が踏み込み操作されると、失陥時用ケーブル20に生じた引張力はテンション用ローラ52に作用する。第2シリンダ室5402Bの作動液はバイパス路5410を介して第1シリンダ室5402Aに流れることがなく、テンション用ローラ52は変位しない。失陥時用ケーブル20に生じた引張力は引張力発生部で吸収されることなく第2ガイドローラ50B、第3ガイドローラを介し駆動プーリーに伝達され、駆動プーリーを回転させることで、一対のブレーキパッドがディスクロータを挟持しディスクロータを制動する。【選択図】図2
