PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device, a motor control method, a motor control program, an electric motor, an electric power steering device and a vehicle capable of suppressing an over-assist state when a midway trouble occurs.SOLUTION: A motor control method comprises: calculating an over-assist amount Iov at a fist over-assist suppression control part 65 in a first control operation device 31A, on the basis of a q-axis current command value, Iqand a motor current detection value, Im; determining whether or not an over-assist state occurs on the basis of the calculated over-assist amount Iov; performing PI control calculation so that the over-assist amount Iov becomes 0 when the over^assist state is determined to have occurred; and determining an assist correction amount Vc, on the basis of the calculation result. Then, the motor control method further comprises: subtracting, at a first subtraction part 66, the calculated over-assist correction value Vc from a voltage command value Vcalculated at a current control part 64 to determine a post-correction command value V' for drive-controlling first and second motor drive circuits 32A, 32B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】中途故障が発生した場合の過アシスト状態を抑制することが可能なモータ制御装置、モータ制御方法、モータ制御プログラム、電動モータ、電動パワーステアリング装置及び車両を提供する。【解決手段】第1の制御演算装置31Aは、第1の過アシスト抑制制御部65において、q軸電流指令値Iq*とモータ電流検出値Imとに基づき過アシスト量Iovを演算し、演算した過アシスト量Iovに基づき過アシスト状態が発生しているか否かを判定し、過アシスト状態が発生していると判定した場合に、過アシスト量Iovが0となるようにPI制御演算を行い、該演算結果に基づき過アシスト補正量Vcを算出する。そして、第1減算部66において、算出した過アシスト補正量Vcを電流制御部64で演算した電圧指令値V*から減算して、第1及び第2のモータ駆動回路32A及び32Bを駆動制御するための補正後電圧指令値V*’を算出する。【選択図】 図6
