PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable pre-load bearing device for a crawler sprocket which can elongate a life of a bearing part.SOLUTION: A variable pre-load bearing device for a crawler sprocket comprises: a left sprocket 10L and a right sprocket 10R for supporting a crawler 3; a bearing part 30; a pre-load cylinder 40; a drive source; and hydraulic circuits 50, 250. The pre-load cylinder 40 comprises a first oil chamber 41 and a second oil chamber 42 which are connected to the hydraulic circuits 50, 250, and a piston 43 for imparting a pre-load to the bearing part 30. The pre-load which is imparted to the bearing part 30 when a working fluid is supplied to the second oil chamber 42 is higher than the pre-load which is supplied to the bearing part 30 when the working fluid is supplied to the first oil chamber 41, and the hydraulic circuits 50, 250 supply the working fluid to only the first oil chamber 41 when vehicles 1, 201 linearly travel, and supply the working fluid to at least the second oil chamber 42 when the vehicles 1, 201 turn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軸受部の長寿命化を図ることができる履帯スプロケット用可変予圧軸受機構を提供すること。【解決手段】履帯3を支持する左スプロケット10L及び右スプロケット10Rと、軸受部30と、予圧シリンダ40と、駆動源と、油圧回路50,250と、を備え、予圧シリンダ40は、油圧回路50,250に接続される第一油室41及び第二油室42と、軸受部30に予圧を付与するピストン43と、を備え、第二油室42に作動油が供給された場合に軸受部30に付与する予圧は、第一油室41に作動油が供給された場合に軸受部30に付与する予圧よりも大きく、油圧回路50,250は、車両1,201が直進する際には第一油室41のみに作動油を供給し、車両1,201が旋回する際には少なくとも第二油室42に作動油を供給する。【選択図】図1
