PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lap fillet arc-welding joint which improves fatigue strength by suppressing the generation of fatigue breakdown of a welding bead, and an automobile structure component having the lap fillet arc-welding joint.SOLUTION: A lap fillet arc-welding joint related to this invention, where an end 11 of a steel plate 10 with the width of the end 11 of the steel plate 10 narrower than the width of an end of a steel plate 20 is lapped with the end of the steel plate 20 to form a welding bead 30 on the surface 21 of the end 11 and the steel plate 20 along the tip edge of the end 11 of the steel plate 10, has a recess 23 recessed by enclosing to the side face of the end 11 of the steel plate 10, on the surface 21 of the steel plate 20, in accordance with the shape of a lap part of the end 11 of the steel plate 10 to make the welding stop end 33a and the welding stop end 33b of the end 31a and the end 31b of the welding bead 30 in a direction along the tip edge of the end 11 of the steel plate 10 are located on the inclined face 23a of the recess 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】溶接ビードの疲労破壊発生を抑制して疲労強度を向上する重ね隅肉アーク溶接継手及び該重ね隅肉アーク溶接継手を有する自動車用構造部品を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る重ね隅肉アーク溶接継手は、鋼板10の端部11の幅が鋼板20の端部の幅より狭い鋼板10の端部11と鋼板20の端部とを重ねて、鋼板10の端部11の先端縁に沿って端部11と鋼板20の表面21に溶接ビード30を形成したものであって、鋼板20の表面21に、鋼板10の端部11が重なる部位の形状に合わせて、鋼板10の端部11の側面部まで囲って凹む凹部23を有し、鋼板10の端部11の先端縁に沿った方向における溶接ビード30の端部31a及び端部31bの溶接止端部33a及び溶接止端部33bが凹部23の傾斜面部23aに位置することを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
