PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct capable of having its outer surface suppressed from deforming while improving water retentivity, and a method of manufacturing the duct.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a duct 10 according to the present invention includes forming a pair of groove-shaped members 21, 21 by vacuum-molding a pair of laminate sheets 30, 30, each having a water-retentive layer 32 laminated on a heat insulation layer 31, in a groove shape. At this time, a crossing groove extending along a groove width direction of the lower groove-shaped member 24 between the pair of groove-shaped members 21, 21 is provided on a molding face of a divided mold molding the lower groove-shaped member 24, and the laminate sheet 30 is molded with the water-retentive layer 32 directed to the molding face, thereby forming a crossing projection streak extending along the groove width direction on an outer surface of the water-retentive layer 32 of the lower groove-shaped member 24. Then, the pair of groove-shaped members 21, 21 are joined together in a cylinder shape to form the duct 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】保水性能の向上を図りつつ外面の変形を抑制することが可能なダクト及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明に係るダクト10の製造方法では、断熱層31に保水層32が積層された1対の積層シート30,30を溝状に真空成形して1対の溝形部材21,21を形成する。その際、1対の溝形部材21,21のうち下側溝形部材24を成形する分割型の成形面に、下側溝形部材24の溝幅方向に沿って延びる横断溝を設けておき、保水層32を成形面に向けて積層シート30を成形することで、下側溝形部材24における保水層32の外面に、溝幅方向に沿って延びる横断突条を形成する。そして、1対の溝形部材21,21を筒状に接合して、ダクト10が形成される。【選択図】図3
