PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary wheel device capable of smoothly acquiring self-supporting travel skill for a baby, easy in seeing-through the timing independent on an auxiliary wheel, harmonizing lightness and stability in a high degree for an aged person or a three-men riding operator riding with the baby, and easily installable even in an already purchased vehicle.SOLUTION: An L-shaped support rod 10-2 for installing an auxiliary wheel 70-2 in a horizontal tip part and the horizontal tip part of the other L-shaped support rod 10-3 are mutually rigidly joined, and a vertical upper half part of these L-shaped support rods is slidably stored-fitted in the vertical direction in outer cylinders 40-2 and 40-3, and it is sandwiched by a cover 30-2 and a base board 20-2, and is formed as an auxiliary wheel device assembly 1-2, and is fixed to a rear wheel shaft 83-2. Springs 60-2 and 60-3 are assembled in a vertical lower half part of the two L-shaped support rods, and bearing power is imparted to the auxiliary wheel 70-2.     【課題】幼児には自立走行技能が円滑に習得でき、補助車輪に依存しない時期の見極めが容易であり、高齢者や幼児同乗3人乗り運転者には軽快性と安定性が高度に調和し、既購入車にも容易に装着できる補助輪装置を提供する。【解決手段】水平先端部に補助車輪70−2を取付けたL字形支持棒10−2と、他のL字形支持棒10−3の水平先端部を相互に剛結し、それらのL字形支持棒の垂直上半部を外筒40−2、40−3内に上下方向に摺動可能に収納・嵌合し、それをカバー30−2と基板20−2で挟持して、補助輪装置組立体1−2となし、後車軸83−2に固定する。また、前記2本のL字形支持棒の垂直下半部にスプリング60−2、60−3を組付けて、補助車輪70−2に支持力を持たせる。さらに調整ボルト50−1の手動回転により、補助車輪70−2の上方移動量の連続的調整を可能とする。【選択図】図2
