PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid driving device capable of configuring a hybrid system even in a limited space while preventing the whole length of a transmission from becoming long.SOLUTION: A hybrid driving device includes: a forward-reverse switching mechanism 601; a transmission 602; an input route 600 disposed at an output side of the forward-reverse switching mechanism; and a motor 603 to be connected to the input route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
