PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that prevents interior components from being exposed from an on-vehicle electric power conversion device when an electric vehicle collides.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle structure 100 of an electric power conversion device 2 disclosed by the specification includes an electric power conversion device 2 which converts power source power into driving power of a drive motor. The electric power conversion device 2 includes: a case 21 opening downward and provided with a flange 21b located at a periphery of an opening 21a; and a cover 22 which contacts with a lower surface of the flange 21b and closes the opening 21a. The electric power conversion device 2 is supported by a bracket 3 so as to form a space with an upper surface 5a of a housing 5 for storing the motor. One end of the bracket 3 is connected to a side surface of the case 21 above the flange 21b, and the other end is connected to the upper surface 5a of the housing 5. The flange 21b protrudes to a position, which is located closer to the bracket 3 than an outer edge of the cover 22, at a position facing the bracket 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】本明細書は、電動車両が衝突する場合に、車載の電力変換器から内部部品が露出することを防止するための技術を提供する。【解決手段】本明細書が開示する電力変換器2の車載構造100は、電源電力を走行用のモータの駆動電力に変換する電力変換器2を含む。電力変換器2は、下方に開口しており、開口21aの周縁にフランジが21b設けられているケース21と、フランジ21bの下面に接しており、開口21aを塞いでいるカバー22と、を備えている。電力変換器2は、ブラケット3よって、モータを格納するハウジング5の上面5aとの間に隙間を有して支持されており、ブラケット3の一端は、フランジ21bよりも上方でケース21の側面に連結されており、他端はハウジング5の上面5aに連結されている。そして、フランジ21bは、ブラケット3に対向する位置でカバー22の外縁よりブラケット3に近い位置まで突出している。【選択図】図3
