PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing seal structure capable of mitigating a pressure difference between an inside part and an outside part of a shaft case and at the same time preventing foreign material from entering the inside part of this shaft case.SOLUTION: When a temperature of a shaft case 9 is increased, a pressure in a space Sis increased and a pressure difference between an inside part of a shaft case 9 and an outside part of the shaft case 9 is increased, a pressure difference mitigating part 21 is expanded in response to a pressure fluctuation in this space Sto increase a volume of the space S. As a result, the pressure fluctuation in the space Sin the shaft case 9 is mitigated and the pressure difference mitigating part 21 prevents lubricant from leaking out of the inside part of the shaft case 9 to the outside part. In turn, when a temperature in the shaft case 9 is lowered, a pressure in the space Sis lowered and a pressure difference between the inside part of the shaft case 9 and the outside part of the shaft case 9 is decreased, the pressure difference mitigating part 21 is shrunk in response to a pressure fluctuation in this space Sand then a volume of the space Sis decreased. As a result, the pressure fluctuation in the space Sof the shaft case 9 is mitigated and the pressure difference mitigating part 21 prevents the foreign material from entering from the outside part of the shaft case 9 into the inside part thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】軸箱の内部と外部との間の圧力差を緩和することができるとともにこの軸箱の内部に異物が侵入するのを防ぐことができる軸受の密封構造を提供する。【解決手段】軸箱9の温度が上昇して空間S1の圧力が上昇し、軸箱9の内部と軸箱9の外部との間の圧力差が増加すると、この空間S1の圧力変動に応じて圧力差緩和部21が膨張して空間S1の容積が増加する。その結果、軸箱9の空間S1の圧力変動が緩和されて、軸箱9の内部から外部に潤滑剤が漏れ出すのを圧力差緩和部21が防止する。一方、軸箱9の温度が下降して空間S1の圧力が下降し、軸箱9の内部と軸箱9の外部との間の圧力差が減少すると、この空間S1の圧力変動に応じて圧力差緩和部21が収縮して空間S1の容積が減少する。その結果、軸箱9の空間S1の圧力変動が緩和されて、軸箱9の外部から内部に異物が侵入するのを圧力差緩和部21が防止する。【選択図】図2
