PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a battery pack which is more robust against a vibration environment without significantly increasing the vehicle body weight.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of a battery pack is disposed below a rear seat. A battery pack 3 includes: first fixing parts 3FL, 3FR which are positioned at a front lower part of the battery pack 3 and fixed to a front cross member 5; and second fixing parts 3BL, 3BR which are positioned at a rear upper part of the battery pack 3 and fixed to a rear cross member 6.
