PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a temperature calculation possible in which the heat dissipation of a lateral groove is taken into account while shortening the time in creating a tire model.SOLUTION: Provided are a method for creating a tire model for numerically analyzing, using a computer, a tire provided with recesses recessed from a rubber part including tread rubber and a method for simulating a tire temperature. The creation method includes a step S1 for inputting a tire model modeled from a tire 2 having its recesses filled to the computer, and a thermal conductivity definition step S3 for defining a coefficient of thermal conductivity for each element of the tire model. The thermal conductivity definition step S3 includes a step for defining a first coefficient of thermal conductivity for the element of a non-recessed region that is a portion other than the recesses of the rubber part of the tire model, and a step for defining a second coefficient of thermal conductivity larger than the first coefficient of thermal conductivity for at least some of the elements of the recessed regions of the rubber part of the tire model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】 タイヤモデルの作成時間を短縮しつつ、横溝の放熱性を考慮した温度計算が可能となる。【解決手段】 トレッドゴムを含むゴム部分から凹む凹部が設けられたタイヤを、コンピュータを用いて数値解析するためのタイヤモデルを作成するための方法、及び、タイヤ温度のシミュレーション方法である。この作成方法では、コンピュータに、凹部が埋められた状態のタイヤ2をモデル化したタイヤモデルを入力する工程S1と、タイヤモデルの各要素に、それぞれ熱伝導率を定義する熱伝導率定義工程S3とを含む。熱伝導率定義工程S3は、タイヤモデルのゴム部分のうち、凹部以外の部分であった非凹部領域の要素に、第1熱伝導率を定義する工程と、タイヤモデルのゴム部分のうち、凹部であった凹部領域の要素の少なくとも一部に、第1熱伝導率よりも大きい第2熱伝導率を定義する工程とを含む。【選択図】図3
