PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler tube capable of suitably providing a requested function according to a bellows part and a non-bellows cylindrical base part while securing deposition strength and fuel permeability resistance characteristics on a deposition surface.SOLUTION: A filler tube 30 is provided with: a non-bellows cylindrical base part 31 having a total thickness of 2 to 4 mm; a bellows part 32 having a total thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm; and a flange part 35 having total thickness of 3.5 to 5 mm and an end surface deposited on a fuel tank. Each of the base part 31, the bellows part 32, and the flange part 35 is formed with a thickness of 40 to 60% of the total thickness, and provided with: an inner surface mainly containing high-density polyethylene (HDPE); a middle layer having fuel permeability resistance characteristics; and an outer layer that protects the middle layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】溶着面における溶着強度及び耐燃料透過特性を確保しつつ、蛇腹部及び非蛇腹筒状の基本部に応じた要求機能を好適に満たすことができるフィラーチューブを提供する。【解決手段】フィラーチューブ30は、総肉厚2〜4mmの非蛇腹筒状の基本部31と、総肉厚0.5〜3mmの蛇腹部32と、総肉厚3.5〜5mmであって燃料タンクに溶着される端面を有するフランジ部35とを備える。基本部31、蛇腹部32及びフランジ部35は、総肉厚の40〜60%の厚みに形成され、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)を主体として形成される内層と、耐燃料透過特性を有する中間層と、中間層を保護する外層とを備える。【選択図】図2
