PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a steering angle by a steering part side and a front wheel side with a simple structure during vehicle assembling in a positioning structure for a front wheel suspension device, which is provided with: a fork that supports axles of front wheels; a fork holder that support the fork so as to be steered and that is supported by a vehicle body frame; and a steering part supported by the vehicle body frame so as to be steered.SOLUTION: This positioning structure for the front wheel suspension device is provided with: a first engaging part 61 that engages a steering part 35 and a vehicle body frame 1 with each other at a first steering angle that is an angle around a first steering axis C1 during vehicle assembling; a second engaging part 62 that engages a fork 17 and a fork holder 15 with each other at a second steering angle that is an angle around a second steering axis C2 during the vehicle assembling; and a linking mechanism 60 for linking the first engaging part 61 and the second engaging part 62 with each other, and the linking mechanism 60 is provided with a steering adjustment mechanism 40 for engaging the first engaging part 61 by adjusting the first steering angle, and the second engaging part 62 by adjusting the second steering angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
