PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship power control strategy.SOLUTION: In a ship control strategy of the present invention, the output and distribution rate of ship power are changed as needed though an extremely major factor such as command data, tide data, time data, hydrologic data, positioning data or weather data, affecting an operation on water.
