PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of efficiently cooling a vehicle motor.SOLUTION: A vehicle motor cooling device includes: a casing; a stator fixed along an inner periphery of the casing; a rotor arranged on the inner peripheral side of the stator with a predetermined gap from the stator and arranged in the casing so as to be rotatable; an input member and an output member rotatably arranged in the casing; a clutch mechanism arranged between the input member and the output member and capable of connecting/disconnecting the input member and the output member; a clutch actuation mechanism having a piston part for connecting/disconnecting the clutch mechanism, a cylinder part having a hydraulic chamber for generating oil pressure to actuate the piston part, and an oil supply device for supplying oil to the hydraulic chamber; and an oil supply pipe that is formed to have a tubular shape, where one end side communicates with the hydraulic chamber, and also where a derivation opening which is formed on the other end side, to which oil to be supplied to the hydraulic chamber is supplied, and which derives the oil is opened toward the stator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
