PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize operation of software by appropriately resetting it in a configuration of executing the software regardless of a vehicle power supply being on or off.SOLUTION: In a vehicle communication device 2, when a power supply determination unit 4a determines that a vehicle power supply is off, a timing determination unit 4c selects, as reset timing, timing when a prescribed period involved in a service performed by software in a period when the vehicle power supply is off does not conflict with a reset period.
