PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel maneuvering gear which alleviates large burden imposed on a vessel maneuverer, improves safety, and contributes to high-efficiency of navigation.SOLUTION: A control force estimation unit 208 acquires a vessel body fluid force, a deviation of a bow-and-stern direction speed, a deviation of a hull lateral speed, and a deflection angle of a bow azimuth of a command motion direction, and acquires a hull control force for obtaining the command motion direction, a bow-and-stern direction command speed and a hull lateral direction command speed on the basis of the hull fluid force, the deviations and the deflection angle. A thrust distribution unit 209 distributes the hull control force to target propeller thrust and target thruster thrust, acquires the vessel bow-and-stern direction speed and a stern lateral movement speed at the target thruster thrust, and acquires the bow lateral movement speed at the target thruster thrust. An operation amount conversion unit 210 acquires steering angle operation amounts of two high lift rudders for obtaining the bow-and-stern direction speed and the stern lateral movement speed, and indicates it to a steering device, also acquires a pitch angle operation amount of a bow thruster for obtaining the bow lateral movement speed, and indicates it to a thruster control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
