PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide visible light communication receiver capable of receiving an appropriate optical signal by reducing influences in an interference area.SOLUTION: A visible light communication receiver 2 mounted on a moving body 4, includes: a light receiving element 10 that receives an optical signal including a piece of predetermined information for visible light communication; and a lens unit 20 disposed on a light-receiving surface 11 of the light receiving element 10. In the lens unit 20, a directivity angle in a first plane (xz plane) is narrower than a directivity angle in a second plane (yz plane) orthogonal to the first plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
