PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new technique for measuring prescribed electric current collecting system in wind tunnel tests.SOLUTION: By a first wind tunnel test using a scale model, a first noise Lat a first measuring point Mpositioned in a horizontal direction relative to the scale model is measured; by a second wind tunnel test in which the scale model is provided with two-faced side walls, a second noise Lat a second measuring point M2 positioned in a direction toward a measurement reference point Mfrom the scale model is measured; and by an actual machine test using an actual electric current collecting apparatus, a third noise Lat a third measuring point Mpositioned in a horizontal direction relative to the electric current collecting apparatus is measured. And a noise calculating apparatus 1 calculates the electric current collecting system noise at the measurement reference point Mon the basis of noises L, Land Lmeasured at the respective tests, distances r, rand rto the respective measuring points and the scale factor of the scale model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】風洞試験において規定の集電系騒音の測定を実現するための新たな技術を提案すること。【解決手段】縮尺模型を用いた第1の風洞試験によって、縮尺模型から水平方向に位置する第1の測定点M1における第1の騒音L1を測定し、縮尺模型に二面側壁を設けた場合の第2の風洞試験によって、縮尺模型から測定基準点MPに向かう方向に位置する第2の測定点M2における第2の騒音L2を測定し、集電装置の実機を用いた実機試験によって、集電装置から水平方向に位置する第3の測定点M3における第3の騒音LAを測定する。そして、騒音算出装置1が、各試験において測定した騒音L1,L2,LAと、各測定点までの距離r1,r2,r3と、縮尺模型の縮尺率と、をもとに、基準測定点MPにおける集電系騒音を算出する。【選択図】図3
