PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel fastening state determination device which can accurately determine the fastening quality of a wheel fastening part at the attachment of a wheel and the maintenance of a vehicle, in which a component which is constantly arranged at the wheel for determining a fastening state is compact in size while being enabled in the precise detection of distortion, and which can minimum an influence to the vehicle.SOLUTION: A wheel fastening state determination device comprises a space-type sensor unit 3, fastening state determination means 5, and fastening torque measurement means 20 which is added to a fastening tool 19 such as a torque wrench. The sensor unit 3 comprises a ring-shaped spacer-shaped member 12 for generating deformation, and a strain sensor 13 which are interposed over the whole periphery of a wheel between a head part of each hub bolt for attaching the wheel to the hub and a wheel nut. The fastening state determination means 5 is arranged at an information processor 4 such as a portable terminal. The fastening state determination means 5 determines a fastening state by using the information of the strain of the strain sensor 13, and fastening torque which is detected by the fastening torque measurement means 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ホイール取付時や車両点検時にホイール締結部の締結品質を精度良く判定でき、かつ締結状態の判定のためにホイールに常設する部品が、精度の良い歪検出が可能でありながら、コンパクトで車両への影響を小さくできるホイール締結状態判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】 スペーサ型のセンサユニット3と、締結状態判定手段5と、トルクレンチ等の締付工具19に付随する締付トルク測定手段20とを備える。センサユニット3は、ホイールをハブに取付ける各ハブボルトの頭部とホイールナットとの間に、ホイールの全周に渡って介在する変形発生用のリング状のスペーサ状部材12、および歪センサ13を備える。締結状態判定手段5は、携帯端末等の情報処理装置4に設けられる。締結状態判定手段5は、歪センサ13の歪の情報、および締付トルク測定手段20で検出された締付トルクを用いて締結状態の判定を行う。【選択図】 図1
