PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply system and a power reception device which can suppress when a coupling coefficient varies, variation in impedance obtained when a power reception side is viewed from a power supply.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply system 100 includes a power transmission device 101 and a power reception device 103. The power transmission device includes a power transmission coil 113 to which AC power having a certain frequency is input from a power supply 111. The power reception device includes a power reception coil 121 which is magnetically coupled to a power transmission coil with a certain coupling efficient, and a first power reception side series element 123 which is connected to the power reception coil in series and has an imaginary number impedance jZ.
