PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable construction in the narrow ground, when constructing a pile row, by pressing a pile in the ground.SOLUTION: A press-in machine 10, a crane 20 and a power unit 30 are installed on a pressed-in pile row 2. A pile 1 is carried in a state of making the longitudinal direction of the pile 1 coincide with the travel direction of an auxiliary travel passage 40 by using a carriage 50 (a front side carriage 51 and a rear side carriage 52) by the auxiliary travel passage 40 provided in parallel to the pile row 2, and an end part of the suspension side of the pile 1 is positioned in front of the turning center (a central part of a turning body 22) of the crane 20. From this position, the pile 1 is suspended by a boom 23 of the crane 20, and is supplied to the press-in machine 10. Thus, the boom 23 of the crane 20 turns between one position on the auxiliary travel passage 40 and a pile receiving position of the press-in machine 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 地中に杭を圧入して、杭列を構築するに際し、狭隘地での施工を可能とする。【解決手段】 圧入済みの杭列2上に、圧入機10、クレーン20、パワーユニット30を設置する。杭列2に並行して設けられる補助走行路40により、台車50(前側台車51及び後側台車52)を用い、杭1の長手方向を補助走行路40の走行方向に一致させた状態で、杭1を搬送して、杭1の吊り上げ側の端部をクレーン20の旋回中心(旋回体22の中心部)より前方に位置させる。この位置から、クレーン20のブーム23により杭1を吊り上げて、圧入機10に供給する。従って、クレーン20のブーム23は、補助走行路40上の一位置と、圧入機10の杭受け入れ位置との間を旋回する。【選択図】 図3
