PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rubber composition for tire with improving properties of the rubber composition for tire such as crack resistance and tanδ by suppressing physical property value reduction due to overvulcanization of the rubber composition for tire and to enhance productivity by making temperature control in a vulcanization process of the tire easy.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition for tire containing 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component and 0.3 pts.wt. or more of a thiazole-based vulcanization accelerator and sulfur, one or more of (A) and (B) as (A) organic acid zinc, (B) organic acid and zinc oxide and having zinc ion present amount of 0.5 pts.wt. or more as a counter ion of organic acid in the rubber composition after vulcanization.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、タイヤ用ゴム組成物の過加硫による物性値低下を抑制することで、タイヤ用ゴム組成物の耐亀裂性能、tanδ等の特性を改善して高性能なタイヤ用ゴム組成物を製造し、且つタイヤの加硫工程における温度管理を容易にすることにより、生産性を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、ゴム成分100重量部に対し0.3重量部以上のチアゾール系加硫促進剤と、硫黄とを含む、タイヤ用ゴム組成物であって、(A)有機酸亜鉛(B)有機酸及び酸化亜鉛として、(A)及び(B)のうち1以上を含み、加硫後におけるゴム組成物中の有機酸の対イオンとしての亜鉛イオン存在量が、0.5重量部以上である、タイヤ用ゴム組成物を用いる。【選択図】なし
