PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can safely exchange an aseismic device without changing aseismic performance.SOLUTION: In an exchange method of an aseismic device 10 which is interposed between a lower structure 1L and an upper structure 1U, a temporary aseismic device 15 which is adjusted so as to possess the same horizontal rigidity as those of an existing aseismic device 10A or a new aseismic device 10B which should be installed and a jack 16 are arranged at a periphery of the existing aseismic device 10A which should be exchanged between the lower structure 1L and the upper structure 1U (B), and the existing aseismic device 10A is removed in a state that the jack 16 is extended and the upper structure 1U is supported to the jack 16 (C). After that, the new aseismic device 10B is installed (D), the temporary aseismic device 15 and the jack 16 are removed, and the upper structure body 1U is supported to the new aseismic device 10B (E, F). By this constitution, the same aseismic performance as that of the aseismic device 10 can be secured between (C) to (E).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】免震性能を変化させることなく安全に免震装置を交換できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】下部構造体1Lと上部構造体1Uとの間に介装された免震装置10の交換方法であって、下部構造体1Lと上部構造体1Uとの間における交換すべき既設免震装置10Aの周辺に、既設免震装置10A又は設置すべき新設免震装置10Bと同じ水平剛性を有するように調整された仮設免震装置15及びジャッキ16を配置し(B)、ジャッキ16を伸長させて上部構造体1Uをジャッキ16に支持させた状態で既設免震装置10Aを取り外す(C)。その後、新設免震装置10Bを設置し(D)、仮設免震装置15及びジャッキ16を取り外して上部構造体1Uを新設免震装置10Bに支持させる(E、F)。これにより(C)〜(E)間にも免震装置10と同じ免震性能を確保できる。【選択図】図1
