PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive device of a cargo handling vehicle, which can improve regeneration efficiency when a cargo is heavy and suppress electric power consumption when a cargo is light.SOLUTION: A motor command rotation speed calculation part 67 sets, as a rotation speed command value, the maximum value between a lowering necessary rotation speed and a second hydraulic cylinder necessary rotation speed. Accordingly, when a cargo is heavy, regeneration can be performed at a high rotation speed with high efficiency. On the other hand, when a determination part 69 determines that operation of a second operation part 73 including a lowering operation of a lift operation lever 11 is made at the same time, a power running torque limit value calculation part 68 sets the second hydraulic cylinder necessary rotation speed as a power running torque limit value. Accordingly, if operation of the second operation part 73a is made at the same time when a cargo is light, the second hydraulic cylinder 70 is rotated at a necessary minimum rotation speed to operate, so that electric power consumption can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】積荷が重い場合の回生効率を向上させると共に、積荷が軽い場合の電力消費を抑制することができる荷役車両の油圧駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】モータ指令回転数算出部67は、回転数指令値として、下降必要回転数及び第2油圧シリンダ必要回転数のうちの最大値を設定する。従って、積荷が重い場合は高い回転数にて高効率に回生を行うことが出来る。一方、判定部69によりリフト操作レバー11の下降操作を含む第2操作部73の操作が同時に行われたと判定された場合、力行トルク制限値算出部68は、力行トルク制限値として、第2油圧シリンダ必要回転数を設定する。従って、積荷が軽い場合に、第2操作部73の操作が同時に行われたときは、第2油圧シリンダ70を動作させるのに必要最低限の回転数で回転することで、消費電力を抑制することができる。【選択図】図4
