PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow straightening structure for a lower part of a vehicle, which aims at reducing air resistance while securing a minimum ground clearance using an undercover supported on the vehicle body side.SOLUTION: A flow straightening structure for a lower part of a vehicle comprises: a front side cover part 46 for covering, from below, a front part with respect to a spring seat 30 of a rear suspension; a rear side cover part 48 for covering a rear under floor part with respect to the spring seat 30; and an opening part 49 formed below the spring seat 30 without being covered with the undercover. In the front side cover part 46, a lower surface is set higher than a lowest position α of the spring seat 30, and a wind separation part 50 is formed downwardly curved at a rear end of the front side cover part 46 so as to guide a wind blowing below the floor not to let it flow into the opening part 49. The rear side cover part 48 is arranged at a position spaced a predetermined distance apart from the opening part toward a rear side with respect to the wind separation part 50, and includes a salient lower surface 48b on the lower surface side of the lowest part 48a formed at a position substantially equal to or higher than the wind separation part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
