PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a fuel cell system, preventing a power storage device (battery) from being overcharged or the like due to surplus generated power of a fuel cell (FC), a control method of a fuel cell vehicle, and a fuel cell vehicle.SOLUTION: There is a possibility that, when the SOC of a battery 30 comes close to an upper limit, the battery 30 is overcharged. In order to avoid the possibility, an inverter terminal voltage Vinv is increased up to an FC open circuit voltage VfcOCV or more by a BAT converter 34 so that a step-up type FC converter 24 is brought into an interrupted state.
