PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can reduce the sense of uneasiness of the driver of a vehicle or enables the appropriate control of the vehicle.SOLUTION: An information transmission device (5) comprises: an information acquisition unit (9) that acquires, by communication with another vehicle, (a) information representing whether or not the other vehicle is in automatic driving, (b) information representing the function of the other vehicle related to automatic driving, and (c) information representing the schedule of the other vehicle related to automatic driving; and an information processing unit (11) that notifies the driver of a vehicle equipped with the information transmission device of the information acquired by the information acquisition unit, or outputs it to a driving control device on the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
