PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group management elevator apparatus of which group management control is performed on the basis of traffic demand prediction information having high reliability.SOLUTION: A group management elevator apparatus comprises: a plurality of elevator units; and a group management control device allocating the elevator unit arranged to a boarding floor from the plurality of elevator units to elevator users based on traffic demand prediction information indicating future traffic demand. The traffic demand prediction information is created on the basis of action patterns of the elevator users. Since the traffic demand prediction information is created on the basis of the action patterns of the elevator users, reliability of the traffic demand prediction information can be improved and waiting time of the elevator users can be shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
