PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently perform production and installation of an aquatic installation photovoltaic generation device.SOLUTION: A construction method of an aquatic installation photovoltaic generation device comprises: a transport step for transporting components for forming an aquatic installation photovoltaic generation device 51 on a surrounding land 13 in the surrounding of an installation water surface 12 for floating the aquatic installation photovoltaic generation device 51; an assembly step for mounting a movable support base 31 which is provided so as to freely reciprocate on a locus 21 which is formed from the surrounding land 13 toward the installation water surface 12, on a position corresponding to the surrounding land 13, and assembling the aquatic installation photovoltaic generation device 51 on the movable support base 31; and a launch step for transferring the movable support base 31 on which the assembled aquatic installation photovoltaic generation device 51 is mounted toward a direction of the installation water surface 12 to put the base in the installation water surface 12, then separating the aquatic installation photovoltaic generation device 51 from the support base 31 and floating the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
