PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel suspension apparatus attaching structure for a swing arm capable of improving flexibility in offset of a rear wheel suspension apparatus.SOLUTION: A rear wheel suspension apparatus 22 of a motorcycle is arranged in an eccentric manner to right side from center part in vehicle width direction. A swing arm side supporting member 34 extending in vehicle width direction is arranged on a swing arm 12. Upper edge part 22b of the rear wheel suspension apparatus 22 is rotatably supported on a main frame 1. Lower end part 22b of the rear wheel suspension apparatus 22 is rotatably supported on right end part 34a of the swing arm side supporting member 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
