PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric assisting device and a power assisted bicycle which can prevent assist drive force from being too small while suppressing adverse effect on assist feeling.SOLUTION: A correction torque calculation section 51 of a MCU (Micro Controller Unit) 50 calculates correction torque on the basis of input torque output from an input torque detection section 42. When the correction torque is calculated, the correction torque is set to 0 when the input torque is less than a threshold. When the input torque is the threshold, the correction torque is offset in a direction in which the correction torque is increased and the input torque is converted to the correction torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
