PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airflow rate control mechanism of a heat exchanger for an engine that can be installed even in a small space, and can control an airflow rate of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An airflow rate control mechanism 10 of a heat exchanger for an engine is a mechanism for controlling an airflow rate of a heat exchanger 5 installed in an airflow passage 50 in an engine room 3 of a vehicle 1, and includes a screen 20 installed in the airflow passage, and rollers 30a and 30b for sending out the screen by rotating. The screen is provided with openings 21a and 21b through which air can pass, and as the screen is sent out by the rollers, an amount of exposure of the openings to the airflow passage can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
