PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of a shortage of power charged on a power storage device even in the case of an uphill continuing.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes: determination means for determining whether a given condition of a first ratio being equal to or higher than a first given ratio and a second ratio being equal to or lower than a second given ratio is established, where the first ratio is the ratio of a second period to a first period, the second period in which an accelerator opening degree is larger than a given opening degree during the first period, and where the second ratio is the ratio of a third period to the first period, the third period in which a fuel supply to an internal combustion engine is stopped during the first period; and adjustment means for changing a generation voltage of a generation device in accordance with a relationship of magnitude between a power storage ratio of the power storage device and a target value of the power storage ratio in a case where (i) it is determined that the given condition is established, with the vehicle accelerating, and increasing the generation voltage of the generation device in a case where (ii) it is determined that the given condition is established, with the vehicle decelerating, in comparison with the case of the vehicle not decelerating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
