PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear seat structure of a vehicle which can effectively suppress that an occupant slides to a vehicle front side on a rear seat cushion at the time of collision of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A rear seat structure 1A of a vehicle comprises: a slide regulation member 32 which is internally arranged at a cushion pad 31, on which an occupant is made to abut via the cushion pad 31, and stopped at the time of collision of the vehicle, and which regulates a slide of the occupant to a vehicle front side on a rear seat cushion 30; a floor panel 10 which has a floor plane part 11, a floor inclined face part 12 and a ridge line part 13, and on which the slide regulation member 32 is placed; and stopper mechanisms 50 which are arranged at opposing faces of the slide regulate member 32 and the floor panel 10, and regulate the movement of the slide regulation member 32 to the vehicle front side by being fit to each other. The stopper mechanisms 50 have salient parts 51 which are formed at the floor panel 10 so as to be overlapped on the ridge line part 13, and salient to an upper side of the vehicle, and recesses 52 which are formed at the slide regulation member 32, and fit with the salient parts 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
